1. Waveness aluminum foil pleat or the paper pleat can make sure of
the filtration material completely the thickness of the aluminum
foil is 0.03mm the height of the waveness is 4mm,which make sure of
the filtration area and the quality of the filter.
2. The filtration material is the high density paper which is made
from super fine fiberglass, pleat the filtration paper (made from
the fiberglass) in order to enlarge the filtration area as large as
possible, and to slowdown the filtration speed. It is very
important for the hepa filter.
3. Laser tested one by one, temperature resistance up to 80°C small
resistance high efficiency ,long service life

electronics industry, clean room and high temperature process
lines, such as painting room for automobiles.
